When you purchase a pattern, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated pattern for personal or commercial crafting purposes. You may not resell the pattern file itself or claim ownership of our pattern generation system.

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

In no event shall StitchPattern, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

For EU Consumers Only: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of this contract (digital content delivery) before the withdrawal period expires. Once the digital pattern files are generated and delivered, you lose your right of withdrawal.

If you are an EU consumer and have a complaint about our service, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
