Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the StitchPattern website and service (the "Service") operated by AIGroup LTD ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

StitchPattern provides an online platform that allows users to upload images and convert them into cross-stitch patterns. The Service includes pattern generation, color matching to DMC thread colors, and digital file delivery.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Content and Uploads

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process the image solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

4.2 Content Restrictions

You may not upload:

• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Content containing malware or viruses
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Content that violates any applicable laws

4.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

5. Purchases and Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of purchase will apply.

5.2 Payment Processing

We accept payments through multiple secure payment providers:

• Stripe - Credit/debit card processing
• Revolut Pay - Bank transfer and card payments
• myPOS - Card and alternative payment methods

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of service of the respective payment provider you choose. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers. All payment processing is handled securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.

5.3 NO REFUNDS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON.

By making a purchase on our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Cross-stitch patterns are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase
• You will have the opportunity to preview your pattern before purchasing
• Once a pattern is generated and delivered, it cannot be "returned"
• We make no guarantees about the artistic quality or suitability of the generated pattern for your specific needs
• Variations in color representation between screens and actual DMC threads are expected and do not constitute grounds for refund

This no-refund policy applies to all purchases regardless of:

• Customer dissatisfaction with the pattern output
• Change of mind after purchase
• Technical issues on the customer's end
• Misunderstanding of the service capabilities
• Any other reason

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AIGroup LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Generated Patterns

When you purchase a pattern, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated pattern for personal or commercial crafting purposes. You may not resell the pattern file itself or claim ownership of our pattern generation system.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StitchPattern, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StitchPattern operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
